Newsham Park visit

All of the children and staff from Newsham house enjoyed a fantastic day at Newsham Park. This was to celebrate them winning the house point championship for the Autumn Term.We waited for a couple of months in the hope that we would get warmer weather and we are so glad we did, as it was a beautiful Spring day!

As you can see, they all had a wonderful time. The park rangers took them on a history trail, a non-natural nature trail, and an Easter egg hunt with a difference! They learnt so much about the history of the park, along with some interesting facts about the orphanage across the road.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Paul, Paul and Mike, the park rangers, for organising the day and for making sure we had lots of fun whilst learning lots too!
