COMPLAINTS

At Blueberry Park Primary School we aim to resolve any problems or complaints you may have by discussion with your child’s class teacher and if necessary the Head teacher or Deputy Head teacher. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, there is a formal procedure which enables parents to put their complaint in writing to the Head (in the first instance) and then to the chair of governors. Governors are unable to deal with complaints unless they have first been raised with the school staff. Our formal complaints policy is available from the school office.

The school has a commitment towards working in close partnership with parents in order to resolve any issues or concerns. However any attempts by parents to confront members of staff in an aggressive manner is not acceptable, and in the rare event of this occurring the parent will be asked to leave the premises, and a future appointment to discuss the situation will be followed up by the Head teacher .
