  Qwell.io is a free Mental Health App for 26 years old and over, it can be used 24 hours a day - 7 days a week

The children at school also complete ROAR classes, a ROAR Zoom - lesson has also been held, to help remind children on their strategies that they have learnt. Parent workshops have been delivered previously, with a view of delivering them again via Zoom.
